Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (hello@fleurdinand.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

International Orders that are returned due to a refusal to pay customs, duty, taxes, or handling fees or incorrect addresses will not be refunded.
