Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Canada 3–9 business days
United States 5–12 business days
Australia 10–20 business days

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from Canada. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

The shipping cost does not include any customs, duty, taxes, or handling fees that may be assessed when your package arrives. The buyer is responsible for paying all customs, duty, taxes, and handling fees. Your local postal system may assess and charge taxes (plus a handling fee) independently of duty.

International Orders that are returned due to a refusal to pay customs, duty, taxes, or handling fees or incorrect addresses will not be refunded. 

All of my products are CUSMA certified, which means they should be duty- and tariff-free when shipped to the U.S. or Mexico. That said, customs can be unpredictable, and any fees that pop up at the border are unfortunately out of my control. If that happens, those charges would be your responsibility. Please note that orders returned because of unpaid duties can’t be refunded — thank you for understanding!



Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to help resolve issues with the shipping carrier.
