Shipping
Orders are fulfilled in house within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed.
Prints are shipped via ChitChats, UPS, Purolator or Canada Post. You have options to select from at checkout. Items can be expected within 3-10 business days* for North American orders, often times a lot sooner. The shipping time is completely out of my control once the items leave me and are in the hands of the shipper.
All North American orders over $129CAD will include free tracked shipping

Return and Refund Policy
- There are no refunds or returns without an unboxing video
- I want all of my customers to be very happy with their purchase and love the art they've chosen for their walls, but if you are deeply unsatisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please send me an email within 1 week of receiving your order to discuss hello@fleurdinand.com.
- If you choose to return your print, all postage costs are the customers responsibility. Print must be returned in original packaging and unopened from the clear envelope. It must not be bent, creased or damaged in any way. If it arrives back to me with any damage, a refund will not be issued.
- There are no refunds or returns available on original prints and frames unless your frame arrives broken.
- Please be sure to read the description and sizes offered carefully before purchasing.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please let me know by getting in touch right away hello@fleurdinand.com. A replacement will be sent at no extra charge. If your frame arrives broken, please let me know right away and I will remedy the situation.
- If you decide to cancel your order, this may be possible if you contact hello@fleurdinand.com the day of purchase.
- If your print is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be charged to resend to you. Please ensure you have put in the apartment/condo unit number if needed.

The shipping cost does not include any customs, duty, taxes, or handling fees that may be assessed when your package arrives. The buyer is responsible for paying all customs, duty, taxes, and handling fees. Your local postal system may assess and charge taxes (plus a handling fee) independently of duty. All products are CUSMA certified and should be duty/tariff free for the USA and Mexico. However, what happens at the border is out of my control and a border patrol agent may decided to slap on duties.Â
International Orders that are returned due to a refusal to pay customs, duty, taxes, or handling fees or incorrect addresses will not be refunded.Â
